New York Land Conservancy is a private fund dedicated not only to safeguarding our natural resources, but enhancing them as well.  We are passionate about improving ecosystems for the good of the native flora and fauna.  With a focus on the Catskill region, our goal is to acquire and conserve natural habits. When we complete a project the land is pristine, the water sources are sparkling and the wildlife is abundant.  We cultivate settings that encourage native species of plants and animals to proliferate.  

This project was conceived via a personal passion and concern for our environment and a need to create beauty. Our goal is develop a network of private preserves throughout the region where bodies of water, plant life and animals are protected and will flourish.
